Acqua di Parma seeks Retail & Commercial Project Manager in Brussels to drive Benelux market development for the LVMH luxury perfumery House.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Acqua di Parma to a portfolio of approximately 40 existing retail partners and manage sell-in of new collections and product catalogs
- Monitor sales figures, analyze commercial performance, and ensure achievement of sales objectives while assessing development potential of each point of sale
- Determine optimal merchandising presentation and product assortment for each retail partner, collaborating with brand headquarters on implementation of merchandising guidelines
- Implement trade marketing plans in collaboration with internal marketing teams to boost sales visibility and brand presence
- Train retail teams on Acqua di Parma products, heritage, and brand values to ensure exceptional customer service and engagement
- Provide regular reports on commercial activity, performance metrics, and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in commercial and/or marketing roles, ideally within luxury, perfumery, or cosmetics sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and achieve commercial objectives
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation techniques, and marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of merchandising and point-of-sale optimization
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken)
- Valid driving license
