Acqua di Parma in Paris seeks a full-time Marketing Intern to support local marketing, trade marketing and digital activities. French mandatory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager to implement the brand’s marketing plan in France, ensuring local execution aligns with global strategy.
- Assist Trade Marketing and Merchandising with POP materials, special activations and order processing in SAP.
- Manage the newsletter calendar, produce performance analyses, and liaise with Headquarters on content and timing.
- Coordinate translations and oversee production of marketing and retail materials specified by HQ.
- Collect and analyse results from local marketing activities to monitor visibility, awareness and sell-out performance.
- Support preparation and logistics for local sales events and commercial meetings.
- Prepare and manage creative assets and materials required for web and social media (editorial plan, platform content, images) in line with HQ guidelines.
- Maintain daily interaction with cross-functional teams (sales, retail, e‑commerce, HQ) to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Fluent French speaker (mandatory) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good level of English; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Academic background in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business, Communications or related discipline.
- Proven aptitude with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Interest or prior exposure to the luxury beauty/perfume sector and brand communication.
- Highly motivated, organised, able to prioritise and meet seasonal and customer-driven deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, innovate and contribute to team initiatives.

Experience
Entry-level internship suitable for students or recent graduates. Beginner-level professional experience or prior internships in marketing, trade marketing, merchandising or communications is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business, Communications or a related field.
