Marketing Intern at LVMH Beauty Iberia in Madrid, Spain. Support luxury beauty marketing campaigns, data analysis, and product launches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and present data on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and consumer behavior; develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and evaluate marketing effectiveness
  • Track and analyze competitor launches and activities to identify market trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate in planning, implementation, and monitoring of online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials including brochures, banners, and videos
  • Support Category Manager with operational launch of new products and management of collateral and in-store materials
  • Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and product launches; coordinate with external suppliers and agencies
  • Maintain updated database of clients and contacts; prepare presentations, reports, and supporting documentation
  • Manage department correspondence and filing systems; perform day-to-day administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related field (Master's degree highly valued)
  • Fluent English (C1 level minimum)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities
  • Enthusiasm, proactivity, and collaborative team orientation
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and digital platforms
  • Sensitivity for luxury and beauty sectors

Experience
