Acqua Di Parma Counter Manager in Madrid, Spain | Lead luxury beauty retail team at LVMH Beauty Iberia
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor counter sales performance and achievement of assigned targets
- Establish daily performance objectives aligned with team capabilities and brand expectations
- Track and analyse team KPIs, implementing corrective action plans as needed
- Ensure maintenance of market share growth within assigned territories
- Enforce brand image guidelines and service standards across all touchpoints
- Implement 360-degree CRM directives, promotional campaigns, and brand call-to-action initiatives
- Coordinate team scheduling and shift planning
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staffing of promotional staff and seasonal replacements
- Deliver individual coaching sessions at point of sale using the GROW methodology, ensuring mastery of brand sales techniques
- Conduct annual performance evaluations
- Monitor compliance with point-of-sale action plans based on Mystery Shopping results
- Coordinate with secondary space management for beauty cabins and colour schools
- Plan and execute labour requirements to ensure successful promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Secondary education certificate or equivalent in beauty; vocational training or undergraduate degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proficiency in Lotus Notes
- Fluent English at minimum B2 level; French proficiency preferred depending on location
- Minimum 5 years of retail or service industry experience, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments
- Demonstrated leadership capability and KPI achievement track record
