Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert product consultation and personalized shopping experiences to both local and international clientele
- Drive sales of Acqua di Parma fragrances, home fragrances, shaving products, and leather and travel collections
- Co-manage the development, establishment, and growth trajectory of the Acqua di Parma brand at the counter
- Monitor and optimize counter performance through systematic KPI analysis and management
- Spearhead counter revenue growth initiatives and sales promotions
- Ensure efficient inventory management to guarantee optimal product availability at all times
