Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation to local and international clientele on Acqua di Parma fragrances, home fragrances, shaving products, leather collections, and travel lines
  • Execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve counter performance targets
  • Manage counter inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandise presentation according to brand standards and visual guidelines
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess counter performance and implement corrective measures
  • Execute customer loyalty initiatives and maintain accurate CRM database records
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with periodic inventory counts
