Acqua di Parma seeks a Counter Manager (60%) in Bern, Switzerland. Luxury fragrance expertise and 3+ years retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation and personalized product recommendations to local and international clients
- Drive sales across all Acqua di Parma product categories including fragrances, home fragrances, grooming, leather collections, and travel lines
- Contribute to the establishment, growth, and market positioning of the brand at the counter
- Monitor and manage counter performance through KPI analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Execute customer loyalty programs and manage the CRM database to build lasting client relationships
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal product availability and stock rotation
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and implement Acqua di Parma brand guidelines and presentation protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with physical inventory counts
- Support sales growth initiatives and contribute to the overall revenue performance of the counter
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in fragrance retail, luxury goods sales, or premium beauty consultation
- Comprehensive knowledge of fragrances, fragrance families, and the luxury market segment
- Demonstrated expertise in customer advisory and consultative selling
- Fluent German language skills; additional languages highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a refined, professional demeanor
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team with reliability and accountability
- Self-directed work style combined with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
