Acqua di Parma Boutique Manager position in Shanghai, China – lead retail operations and deliver luxury customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and key performance indicators
- Ensure consistently high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction levels
- Recruit, train, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and create improvement plans
- Manage boutique cash flow and inventory; maintain accurate records and audit compliance
- Oversee completion of assigned administrative and operational tasks within deadlines
- Enforce brand guidelines and company operating standards across all activities
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury retail and the fine fragrance and cosmetics industry
- Professional ethics, forward-thinking leadership capabilities, and demonstrated team-building skills
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to thrive under pressure and proactively resolve customer complaints
- Full-time diploma or higher educational qualification
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese with clear pronunciation; basic conversational English preferred
