Acqua di Parma seeks a Boutique Manager for its Rue Saint-Honoré flagship in Paris to lead sales, clienteling and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the principal ambassador for the Maison within the Rue Saint-Honoré flagship, conveying brand history, product knowledge and values to clients and staff.
- Lead and manage the boutique team to deliver best-in-class service; set, monitor and drive sales targets (revenue, average transaction value, units per transaction) and CRM objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations including inventory control, ordering, cash management and loss-prevention procedures.
- Build and maintain client relationships through active clienteling, appointment management and personalised service to grow repeat business and lifetime value.
- Set individual and collective objectives; conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and structured training to develop team capabilities.
- Coordinate staffing, rotas and workforce planning to ensure coverage during peak trading periods and special events.
- Ensure premium boutique standards across merchandising, product presentation and visual display in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Training teams.
- Manage customer flow and in-store experience to maximise conversion and satisfaction while upholding brand image.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated responsibility for boutique management and P&L contribution.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through clienteling and KPI-driven management.
- Strong leadership experience with demonstrable coaching, performance evaluation and team development skills.
- Deep appreciation for luxury products, ideally within fragrances, cosmetics or premium grooming categories.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable using retail technologies and CRM systems to drive commercial performance.

Experience
At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail with several years in a managerial role overseeing boutique operations, sales targets and team performance—preferably within perfumes, cosmetics or premium leather/accessories.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, luxury brand management or a related field preferred.
