Acqua di Parma seeks a Boutique Manager in Fidenza to lead boutique operations, team performance and sales for its luxury fragrance maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of monthly and annual boutique sales targets and corporate commercial objectives.
  • Define, assign and monitor individual and team objectives on a weekly and monthly cadence.
  • Develop boutique personnel through regular coaching, performance reviews and structured appraisals.
  • Lead the team to exceed client acquisition, retention and individual sales goals with a client-focused approach.
  • Coordinate boutique activities including staffing plans, shift scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Represent and preserve the Acqua di Parma brand image across merchandising, grooming, posture and customer interactions.
  • Plan and coordinate in-store events in cooperation with the corporate office to elevate traffic and sales.
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service and loyalty through exemplary clienteling and aftersales management.
  • Manage boutique traffic and sell-through in coordination with Visual Merchandising and Training teams.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities: stock management and ordering, sales analysis and reporting.
  • Control inventory and aftersales processes to minimise stock loss and maximise customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury retail with proven responsibility for sales results and team leadership.
  • Proven store management experience; outlet-channel background is a strong advantage.
  • Fragrance or beauty category experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrable coaching and people-development skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in sales analysis, inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
