Acqua Di Parma Beauty Consultant, Valencia. Temporary role at El Corte Inglés, 36 hours/week, luxury fragrance retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Acqua Di Parma fragrance and cosmetics products while delivering premium customer service throughout the entire sales transaction
- Build and strengthen brand awareness and consumer loyalty through personalized engagement
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs with tailored product recommendations
- Monitor competitor activity, promotional launches, and market positioning
- Propose and demonstrate customized product offerings aligned with client preferences
- Track retail performance against established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Cultivate lasting personal relationships with customers and retail partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives
- Maintain merchandising standards and inventory management according to corporate directives
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory concerns to the Area Manager to ensure optimal product availability
- Complete operational and administrative tasks including reports and purchase orders
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent qualification in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred
- English language proficiency at B2 level minimum
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail commerce or service industries
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail, fragrance, beauty, or fashion environments highly valued
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset
- Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity for independent work with demonstrated initiative and proactivity

Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury goods, perfumery, beauty, or fashion sectors
Education
Secondary education or equivalent qualification in Beauty preferred; vocational training or university degree valued
