Beauty Consultant – Temporary position with Acqua di Parma at El Corte Inglés, Valencia. 36h/week, luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the purchase journey
- Build consumer brand knowledge and loyalty through personalized engagement
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs through active listening and consultative selling
- Monitor competitive activity, including promotional initiatives and new product launches
- Propose and demonstrate customized product offerings tailored to individual customer preferences
- Track point-of-sale performance against established KPIs and performance metrics
- Develop sustained personal relationships with both customers and retail partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives
- Maintain merchandising standards and inventory accuracy in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal availability
- Complete all assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting, orders, and documentation
Qualifications
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent; professional qualification or university degree in beauty preferred
- Minimum three years of retail or services industry experience
- Experience in luxury, fragrance, beauty, or fashion retail environments
- Customer-focused mindset and results orientation
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

Minimum three years of retail or services industry experience, ideally within luxury, fragrance, beauty, or fashion sectors.
