Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a high‑end client experience throughout the entire sales ceremony and achieve weekly/monthly retail targets.
- Advise customers on fragrance and beauty products, propose personalised presentations and demonstrate product benefits.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships and proactively develop clienteling opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity, support promotional initiatives and increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
- Manage in‑store merchandising and inventory according to corporate guidelines; monitor stock levels and escalate replenishment issues to the Area Manager.
- Track store performance against KPIs and complete required operational and administrative tasks (reports, orders, etc.).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or customer‑facing service roles; experience in luxury, beauty or fashion preferred.
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or university degree in beauty/related field is desirable.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail or service experience, preferably within luxury, beauty or fashion environments, with demonstrable sales achievements and clienteling skills.
Education
Secondary school diploma required; vocational qualification or university degree in beauty or a related discipline preferred.
