Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively achieve sales targets whilst leveraging personal sales experience and market insight
- Utilize customer information strategically to execute targeted cross-selling and product bundling
- Execute assigned business and administrative tasks competently, including comprehensive customer complaint resolution
- Monitor inventory levels closely and report stock issues to store management to maintain optimal product availability
- Maintain compliance with corporate and store operational requirements and Acqua Di Parma brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for retail and fragrance-cosmetics industries
- High degree of professional responsibility, proactive work ethic, and continuous learning orientation
- Excellent service mindset characterised by warmth, enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to perform under pressure, proactively undertake additional responsibilities, and resolve customer complaints effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification minimum
