Acqua Di Parma in Madrid seeks a part‑time Beauty Consultant (Perfumery) for El Corte Inglés Castellana. Permanent contract; base salary + incentives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high‑level client experience throughout the entire sales ceremony, advising customers on fragrance and beauty product selection.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets through consultative selling and personalised product recommendations.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and retail partners to increase brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activity, product launches and special initiatives to inform local sales strategy.
- Propose and demonstrate tailored product offers and samples to meet individual client needs.
- Track point‑of‑sale performance against KPIs and participate in regular sales reporting.
- Support merchandising standards and maintain inventory accuracy according to corporate guidelines.
- Supervise stock levels, report discrepancies to the Area Manager and assist with replenishment to ensure optimal in‑store availability.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including placing orders and preparing sales reports.
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational qualification or university degree preferred.
- Minimum B2 level of English.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week, including weekend shifts (notably Sundays, 11:00–20:00 with one hour for lunch).
- Minimum three years' experience in retail or service environments, ideally within luxury, beauty or fashion sectors.
