Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales transaction
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs through personalized product recommendations
- Build and maintain lasting personal relationships with customers and retail partners
- Monitor competitor activity, including promotional campaigns and product launches
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets
- Maintain merchandising standards and inventory management according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Area Manager to ensure optimal availability
- Complete operational and administrative tasks including reports and purchase orders
- Increase brand awareness and customer loyalty among consumers
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; professional qualification or university degree in beauty preferred
- English language proficiency at B2 level minimum
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Benefits
Permanent employment contract with salary base plus performance incentives. Weekend schedule: 16 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday, 11:00–20:00 with 1-hour meal break) or 8 hours per week (Sunday only, 11:00–20:00 with 1-hour meal break).
