Beauty Consultant at Acqua Di Parma Madrid | Perfume Sales Specialist | LVMH Beauty Iberia
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and deliver premium customer service throughout the sales process
- Build and strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs with personalized product recommendations
- Monitor competitive activities including promotional launches and product releases
- Propose and demonstrate customized product offerings
- Track retail point-of-sale performance against KPIs
- Develop long-term personal relationships with customers and retail partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets
- Maintain merchandising displays and inventory according to corporate standards
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory concerns to Area Management to ensure optimal availability
- Complete all assigned operational and administrative tasks including reporting and orders
Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent in beauty-related field
- Professional vocational qualification or university degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industries
- Experience in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors preferred
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Availability to work 16 hours per week on weekends
- Strong customer service orientation

Experience
