Acqua di Parma seeks a Beauty Advisor Intern (part-time) in Guangzhou (Taikoo Hui). Student internship with hourly pay (CNY 30–40 in top-tier cities).
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain counter presentation and hygiene: wipe and clean tester bottle rims, keep surfaces tidy, return displaced testers to their proper locations.
- Ensure sensory upkeep: spray fragrance at the counter at regular intervals (every 30 minutes) and distribute scent blotters to customers.
- Prepare and manage retail materials: organise paper bags, ribbons and packaging supplies; support gift-wrapping and box assembly.
- Support store operations: assist with inventory tasks and general back-of-counter organisation.
- Front-of-house sales assistance: greet customers with a smile, invite them into the store, offer water and seating, and hand customers to beauty advisors.
- Proactively engage customers when advisors are occupied: use simple greeting scripts to avoid awkward waits and invite customers to scan the corporate QR code to receive samples.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student (university/college) — ideal for interns and student-part time roles.
- Genuine interest in cosmetics and a habit of using makeup; keen to learn product knowledge.
- Outgoing, honest and comfortable interacting with customers; strong verbal communication skills.
- Service-oriented with reliable execution and the ability to integrate quickly into a retail team.
