Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives to ensure elevated customer satisfaction and retention
- Actively pursue and exceed sales targets, drawing on personal sales expertise and industry knowledge
- Leverage customer information and purchase history to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Execute assigned sales, administrative, and operational tasks, including comprehensive customer complaint resolution
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies to store management, and ensure adequate stock availability
- Comply with all corporate and store operational requirements, brand guidelines, and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Passion for the retail sector and demonstrated enthusiasm for the fragrance and cosmetics industry
- High sense of responsibility with strong proactive disposition and commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent service orientation characterized by warmth, attentiveness, and genuine customer engagement
- Ability to thrive under pressure and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Demonstrated capacity to handle customer complaints professionally and constructively
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage

Experience
Retail experience in the beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics sector is preferred; however, candidates demonstrating strong sales acumen and customer service excellence will be considered.
