Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance on the Selfridges counter by setting and monitoring individual and team targets, increasing average transaction value and units.
- Lead, coach and develop Beauty Consultants daily to ensure consistent achievement of commercial and service KPIs.
- Deliver exemplary luxury service: welcome and advise customers, propose personalised fragrance solutions and overcome objections confidently.
- Educate the team on product history, formulations and application rituals to ensure authoritative product demonstrations.
- Manage stock and merchandising in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure availability and adherence to corporate visual standards.
- Generate business through events, appointments and return bookings; proactively convert footfall into appointments and sales.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks accurately and follow corporate and store procedures; build constructive relationships with store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or premium retail, including supervisory or team-leading responsibility.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Strong coaching ability with experience developing sales consultants and supporting succession plans.
- Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury heritage brand.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage clients and close high-value sales.
