Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory through in-store selling, events, and training.
  • Lead by example to achieve personal selling goals while coaching Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.
  • Monitor business performance and analyze results to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Execute all corporate-directed events and ensure best-in-class event execution.
  • Schedule, plan, and execute comprehensive seasonal in-store training on product knowledge and marketing strategy.
  • Conduct monthly productivity evaluations for all Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.
  • Partner with the Account Executive to strategically plan the schedule and address stock concerns.
  • Maintain the Acqua di Parma image across all accounts and counters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury or prestige beauty sales experience.
  • Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Achievement oriented with strong leadership skills. Solid business acumen and financial aptitude (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Collaborative and thrives in a team environment. Ability to drive throughout the territory and maintain a valid driver’s license. Flexible work hours to meet job objectives. Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of luxury or prestige beauty sales experience, with prior roles in business management, sales, or training.

Compensation

The salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
