Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised sales and after-sales service to high-net-worth clients within the Harrods boutique.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients through proactive clienteling, appointment scheduling and follow-up communications.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of A. Lange & Söhne collections, movements and complications to educate clients and close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to store KPIs and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards: merchandising, stock control, secure handling of high-value inventory and accurate transaction processing.
  • Coordinate with the brand’s after-sales/service teams and external service centres to manage repairs, servicing and client enquiries.
  • Participate in product launches, private events and trunk shows; represent the brand at in-store activations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in luxury watch or high-end jewellery retail, preferably within a flagship or departmental store environment.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling to affluent and international clientele.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical watchmaking, complications and high-end finishing; formal horology training is advantageous.
  • Fluent English and excellent verbal presentation skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Impeccable grooming, discretion and the ability to represent a couture-level brand.

Experience

At least 2 years’ experience in luxury watch or high-end jewellery retail, with demonstrable success selling to affluent and international clients; experience within a flagship store or department-store environment preferred.

Education

Secondary education (GCSE/A-level or equivalent). Professional training in horology or a luxury retail qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
