Role & Responsibilities
- Register and maintain a curated database of prospective candidates across functions and seniority levels for future opportunities in Berlin and the broader German organisation.
- Proactively engage candidates to assess motivation, availability and fit for roles in watchmaking, technical, retail and corporate teams.
- Screen incoming applications and CVs, summarise candidate profiles for hiring managers and recommend matches for open requisitions.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and internal recruiting teams, scheduling interviews and follow-ups as required.
- Represent the employer at targeted recruitment events, industry fairs and campus activities to cultivate long-term talent relationships.
Qualifications
