The Sales Operations Intern supports daily sales operations for A. Lange & Söhne across Southeast Asia and Oceania, with responsibilities spanning stock management, sales invoicing, retail excellence projects, reporting and collection and price-list updates. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations within the Sales Operations & Merchandising department.
- Provide the internal and external commercial network with resources and tools to improve selling performance.
- Support boutiques with daily organization, balancing brand image and strategy with operational realities and constraints.
- Support timely and accurate stock movements, including deposit tracking, stock animation and regular communication with boutiques.
- Support sales invoicing and coordination for monthly commercial operations.
- Support retail operations projects.
- Assist with completing and standardizing scheduled reporting, including boutique daily and monthly reports.
- Update collection and price lists.
