Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary, personalised client service in a boutique environment, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat clientele.
• Present and demonstrate mechanical watchmaking expertise, explaining technical features, complications and craftsmanship to discerning customers.
• Achieve and report against individual and boutique sales targets; actively pursue lead generation and clienteling activities using CRM tools.
• Maintain boutique visual and merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and inventory integrity, and manage stock movements and replenishment.
• Coordinate pre- and post-sale logistics, including reservations, bespoke orders, authentication procedures and liaison with after-sales/service teams.
• Support brand events, private viewings and trunk shows; prepare boutique spaces for VIP appointments and ensure confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell luxury goods with a focus on personalised, consultative service and building client loyalty.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence appropriate for a haute-horlogerie clientele.
• Demonstrable knowledge or a strong interest in mechanical watches and horological terminology; willingness to undertake technical product training.
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends, and to represent the brand at private appointments and events.
• High levels of integrity, discretion and adherence to luxury retail standards and loss-prevention procedures.

Experience

Typically 13 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury watches, high-end jewellery or premium timepiece retail; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing VIP clients.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, luxury management or a related field preferred.
