Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operations of external partner boutiques in the Berlin region, ensuring consistent delivery of A. Lange & Söhne brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance and commercial targets through active coaching, forecasting, KPI analysis and implementation of local action plans.
  • Develop and mentor boutique teams and partner personnel to elevate service standards, clienteling and product knowledge specific to haute horlogerie.
  • Own inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures in coordination with central wholesale and logistics teams.
  • Ensure compelling visual merchandising and window standards in line with global guidelines; coordinate local implementation and audits.
  • Build and maintain high-value client relationships and VIP programs; oversee local CRM usage and bespoke client engagement activities.
  • Prepare regular management reports, budget reconciliations and contribute to commercial planning with regional leadership.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the brand and external retail partners regarding contractual compliance, training and after-sales escalation.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail management, ideally within watches, jewelry or high-end accessories.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs, manage P&L responsibility and deliver commercial growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience developing multi-site or partner teams.
  • Excellent clienteling and relationship-management capabilities, including VIP service delivery.
  • Solid organisational competence in inventory control, merchandising standards and loss-prevention.
  • Fluent German and strong English communication skills; additional languages advantageous.
  • Availability to travel between boutique locations and to represent the brand at client events.
