Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Berlin office and associated teams, ensuring alignment with corporate people strategies and local requirements.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition and employer-branding initiatives to attract skilled craftspeople, technical specialists and corporate talent.
- Advise management on performance management, succession planning and career-path design; implement appraisal cycles and development programmes.

Qualifications
- Degree in human resources, business administration, law or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record (typically 5+ years) in HR generalist/managerial roles, ideally within manufacturing, luxury goods or high‑precision industries.
- Deep knowledge of German labour law, social‑security rules and practical experience working with works councils (Betriebsrat).
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders and resolve complex employee‑relations matters.
- High level of organisational autonomy, project management capability and comfort working in a small, detail‑oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional proficiency in German and English is strongly preferred.
