Role & Responsibilities
- Drive continuous growth in boutique performance and key results.
- Manage and take full responsibility for boutique operations and performance.
- Pursue new business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
- Lead and organize a top-tier boutique team.
- Exceed boutique budget in line with retail strategy.
- Plan and execute monthly meetings and actions.
- Support management in implementing the boutique commission system.
- Ensure compliance with HQ commercial guidelines.
- Maximize profit by managing and minimizing costs.
- Analyze and review sales with management to refine future forecasts.
- Lead boutique team with clear communication of goals, responsibilities, and brand standards.

- Recruit, onboard, and train new staff as part of the 'Lange family.'
- Maintain high-level displays and visual merchandising.
- Act as the boutique's 'face' and brand ambassador.
- Maintain professional relationships with service suppliers and local stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with group and brand procedures.
- Conduct accurate inventory and quality control audits.
- Provide a safe and clean store environment.
- Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations.
- Report sales to the CEO and retail management in Japan.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in operations and define action plans.
- Define boutique navigation scenarios and mobilize sales associates.
- Develop programs to convert prospects into customers.
- Build a sustainable customer network across Japan.
- Maintain continuous relationships with customers, focusing on VIPs.
- Use iCM to propose customer strategies and track customer interactions.
- Participate in customer events and handle client complaints.
- Develop agile communication and cooperation with other boutique managers.
- Participate in international retail community activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury retail management with direct reports, preferably in watchmaking.
- High interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong local customer network and excellent client management abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Japanese, additional languages are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations, with direct reports. Experience in the watch industry is preferred.
