Role & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC long-turning machines in a two-shift system.
- Set up and prepare machines for processing.
- Independently grind tools necessary for the process.
- Manufacture series and sample parts according to orders.
- Ensure adherence to technological manufacturing fidelity, quality, and quantity standards.
- Clean manufactured individual parts.
- After successful training, create and manage CNC programs within the long-turning responsibility area.
- Maintain and care for machines and tools within the area of responsibility.
- Effectively utilize consumables and auxiliary materials.
- Perform auxiliary tasks to ensure the manufacturing process, such as changing cleaning fluids.
- Record work process times and tool consumption in the area of responsibility.
- Adhere to and implement workplace regulations, fire, and occupational safety measures.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a precision mechanical metal profession (e.g., cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic).
- Comprehensive knowledge and skills in CNC turning.
- Several years of professional experience.
