Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales planning strategies in collaboration with global sales organizations.
  • Manage monthly allocation of watches and accessories to various markets.
  • Monitor and analyze current deliveries and sales performance.
  • Create decision-making frameworks and presentations for senior management.
  • Establish monthly sales targets and oversee their achievement across sales organizations.
  • Regularly communicate with sales teams regarding inventory, market trends, and developments.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities and risks for revenue growth.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and monthly presentations for the Head of International Business Development and Commercial Strategy.
  • Coordinate internal projects and initiatives with the Richemont Group.
  • Participate actively in the introduction and optimization of sales processes and new sales tools.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in sales planning and management.
  • International and corporate experience is advantageous.

Skills

Analytical thinking and structured work approach. Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mentality. Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools. Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Strong numerical aptitude. High degree of independence, proactivity, and goal orientation. Hands-on mentality. Excellent communication and team skills. Fluency in German and English.

Experience

Experience in sales planning and management within an international or corporate environment is preferred.

Education

Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
