Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary, personalised client service to high‑net‑worth and discerning customers in the Galleria Seoul boutique.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and conversion of exceptional service into sales.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of A. Lange & Söhne collections, movements and technical specifications to advise clients accurately.
  • Manage showroom presentation and merchandising to brand standards, including window displays, inventory placement and stock replenishment.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale and CRM systems to process transactions, record client data and follow up on leads and appointments.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales service and central atelier for repairs, servicing and warranty matters; manage client expectations through the service lifecycle.
  • Support store operations including stock control, loss prevention procedures and daily opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

  • Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrable track record in retail sales; preferably 1–3 years in luxury watches or high‑end jewellery/fashion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting individual and store KPIs.
  • Fluent Korean; business‑level English is advantageous for serving international clients.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in South Korea.
