Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales and client service at the Nagoya boutique, with emphasis on high-net-worth clientele and VIP engagement
- Represent the brand at in-store and external events, corporate gatherings, and sponsored occasions
- Manage customer relationship records, sales documentation, and inventory administration
- Conduct watch repair intake, coordinate warranty services, and liaise with technical teams
- Collaborate with Japanese operations and the German headquarters to expand market presence and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Passion for A.Lange & Söhne and the art of luxury watchmaking
- Minimum one year of professional experience in luxury consumer goods, hospitality, or premium retail
