Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to both new and established customers, building long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Advise clients on the technical and aesthetic attributes of A. Lange & Söhne timepieces, demonstrating deep product knowledge and the ability to explain mechanical complications.
- Achieve and contribute to boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, outreach and appointment management.
- Manage boutique floor standards: merchandising, window presentation, inventory accuracy and security protocols.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and maintain client records in CRM according to brand procedures.
- Coordinate with after‑sales service and maison workshops for repair, servicing and warranty enquiries to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Support in‑store events, private viewings and trunk shows, including VIP hosting and administrative preparation.
- Handle incoming stock deliveries, assist with stocktakes and ensure compliance with loss‑prevention and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in luxury watches, high‑end jewellery or premium timepieces preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain client relationships and convert appointments into sales.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate for an exclusive boutique environment.
- Business‑level Japanese; conversational or business English desirable.

Education
