A. Lange & Söhne seeks an Associate Watch Advisor for its Geneva flagship boutique opening in early 2027, combining luxury sales, CRM expertise, and brand ambassadorship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal monthly sales budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy while ensuring compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations
  • Maximize profitability by controlling and minimizing costs including discounts, general expenses, and third-party commissions
  • Analyze missed confirmed sales with the Assistant/Boutique Manager to refine future sales projections
  • Organize private viewings and business development activities for potential VIP clients in the region
  • Demonstrate exemplary brand ambassadorial conduct at all times with clients, top VIPs, and third parties
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and become a reference person for the Maison within the boutique
  • Ensure boutique appearance and maintenance comply with brand guidelines and visual merchandising concepts
  • Deliver consistent service excellence and actively participate in VIP engagement and order management
  • Build and maintain accurate, genuine relationships with customers through the CRM database
  • Handle customer complaints with care and immediately report product-related issues to management
  • Coordinate follow-up on individual repairs and after-sales matters
  • Participate actively in monthly, quarterly, and yearly stocktaking while preventing inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure proper maintenance of boutique timepieces including strap changes, polishing, and servicing
  • Master cash handling procedures, credit card transactions, and compliance with financial regulations
  • Report opportunities, incidents, and operational enhancements to the Assistant/Boutique Manager
  • Share best practices, ideas, and knowledge with boutique and office colleagues to enhance operations
  • Provide full assistance to shift colleagues during sales interactions and actively participate in boutique trainings

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales or client-facing roles
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and relationship management
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and retail technology platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Professional appearance and comportment in line with luxury brand standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment

Experience
