Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through active selling, clienteling and team leadership.
- Lead, coach and develop sales advisors to maintain exemplary service standards and product knowledge across the boutique team.
- Cultivate and manage VIP and prospective client relationships, ensuring personalized follow-up and bespoke service journeys.
- Oversee daily boutique operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock control, register reconciliation and loss-prevention protocols.
- Implement and maintain brand visual merchandising, store presentation and hospitality standards to reflect maison aesthetics.
- Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to track consignments, repairs and customer service cases, preserving a seamless client experience.

- Solid operational knowledge including cash handling, stock reconciliation and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays; professional presentation at all times.
