Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day management of the Harrods boutique, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and client service.
- Drive sales and clienteling through proactive outreach to existing and prospective high-net-worth clients; cultivate long-term relationships and personalised after-sales care.
- Lead and coach boutique staff, managing rosters, delivering product and service training, and conducting performance reviews.
- Oversee stock control, reconciliation and showroom inventory processes; coordinate deliveries and liaise with headquarters for replenishment and repairs.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and boutique layout standards in line with brand directives and Harrods’ requirements.
- Operate POS and CRM systems, prepare regular sales and KPI reports, and assist in budgetary planning to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with luxury retail loss-prevention procedures, cash handling policies and corporate governance standards.
- Represent the brand at in-store and client events, ensuring seamless execution of VIP appointments and private viewings.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail sales, with at least one year in a supervisory or assistant-management role.
- Demonstrable sales track record and proven ability to develop and retain high-value clients.
- Strong knowledge or demonstrable interest in haute horlogerie; experience with watches or fine jewellery is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished presentation and telephone manner.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during Harrods’ peak trading periods.

Experience
At least three years’ experience in luxury retail sales environments, preferably within watches or fine jewellery, including experience supervising a small sales team and operating within a flagship store or premium department-store concession.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, hospitality or luxury goods is preferred.
