Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique manager in achieving sales targets and KPI delivery through daily oversight of floor activities and client engagement.
- Lead and coach boutique staff to deliver impeccable, personalised clienteling and after‑sales service consistent with haute horlogerie standards.
- Manage boutique operational duties including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and shift rostering.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation reflect brand directives and seasonal campaigns; coordinate boutique layout adjustments.
- Maintain inventory integrity through regular stock counts, shipment receipts, reconciliation and collaboration with inventory control.
- Resolve client enquiries and complaints with discretion; coordinate repairs, servicing and follow‑up with the maison and service workshops.
- Enforce compliance with internal policies, loss prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, stock movement summaries and qualitative feedback to regional management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, with demonstrable ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience supervising or coaching a small retail team; capacity to motivate and develop talent.
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with boutique operations (cash handling, stock control, reporting).
- Professional demeanour, discretion, and meticulous attention to product knowledge and client confidentiality.
- Language skills appropriate for Geneva (French and English) are highly desirable; additional languages advantageous.
