Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate reception, validation, and system integration of partner brand data within the supply chain management platform
- Coordinate inventory transfers between departments and monitor stock movements, particularly during critical commercial periods such as employee sales events
- Actively support supply chain performance management, with specific focus on inventory optimization and metrics tracking
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and support the development and enhancement of supply chain services
- Monitor and coordinate transportation activities, including shipment tracking and incident resolution
- Collaborate with the Customer Service department to resolve supply chain-related disputes and concerns
- Verify compliance of shipments with applicable regulations and implement necessary corrective actions
Qualifications
- Final-year student in engineering or business school or equivalent university qualification
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Professional fluency in English
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
