24S, the luxury e-commerce maison launched by LVMH in 2017, seeks a Management Accounting Assistant for a six-month internship beginning January 2027. Reporting to the Management Accounting Controller, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Finance team and operational leadership to deliver critical financial performance analysis, monthly P&L consolidation, and process improvements across the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce regular performance reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly) on revenue and margin segmented by business model, product category, country, and brand
- Contribute to monthly P&L development, monitor operational expenditures (OPEX) across departments, analyze variances, and validate data consistency across information systems
- Update budgetary reporting (budget, revised forecast, etc.) and participate in constructing sales forecasts and OPEX budgets in collaboration with the Management Accounting Controller
- Process daily manual refunds in coordination with Customer Care and reconcile monthly payment data (SAP vs. PSP) during month-end closures
- Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses in response to specific management requests
- Participate in procedure updates, existing reporting improvements, and process automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's +4/5 program (commerce school, engineering school, or university curriculum) specializing in finance, management accounting, or audit
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Rigor, autonomy, organizational sense, and interpersonal skills

Entry-level or early-career; prior experience in a financial management function is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's +4/5 program (grande école de commerce, engineering school, or equivalent university curriculum) with specialization in finance, management accounting, or audit.
