The Logistics Assistant supports the Logistics Manager and logistics teams at headquarters and the warehouse, contributing to inbound operations, supplier and customer returns, performance monitoring and process improvement. This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Longueil-Sainte-Marie, with remote work and occasional travel to Paris; start date as soon as possible.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics Manager and assist the logistics teams at headquarters and the warehouse with day-to-day operations.
• Handle practical logistics operations and monitor and manage performance through information systems.
• Communicate internally and externally in French and English with 24S teams, suppliers and the logistics provider.
• Participate actively in meetings.
• Manage inbound flows and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Handle supplier disputes identified during receipt of new collections, including product quality issues and delivery discrepancies.
• Coordinate returns with suppliers and the warehouse.
• Enrich KPIs.
• Contribute to improving physical and information-system processes, including through lean management.
• Process customer returns and customer service cases, proposing appropriate solutions.
• Track product requests from Studio and Marketing, including shipment quality and returns, and coordinate preparation and dispatch requests from Very Important Client (VIC) teams serving the largest clients.
• Monitor correct fulfilment of customer orders and resolve potential logistics discrepancies.
• Follow up on stock disputes and propose appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bac+3 to bac+5 qualification, with a specialization in Logistics or an interest in the sector.
• Proficiency in Excel and the Office suite.
• Basic English.
