24S — Logistics Assistant (Internship) in Longueil Sainte‑Marie / Compiègne, France. 6‑month internship starting Sep/Oct 2026 supporting Supply Chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Logistics and central logistics teams in daily operational activities and warehouse coordination.
- Manage inbound flows: receive and investigate supplier discrepancies (product quality, delivery variances) and coordinate returns with suppliers and the warehouse.
- Monitor and enrich operational KPIs and participate in performance reporting and IT-driven performance tracking.
- Handle customer logistics cases, including processing client returns and after‑sales (SAV) issues and proposing appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate product requests and shipments for Studio, Marketing and Very Important Client (VIC) teams, tracking quality and return logistics.
- Participate actively in cross‑functional meetings and contribute to process improvements (physical and IT) using lean management principles.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 programme in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate in French and English (French native or full professional level; at least basic working knowledge of English for written and oral exchanges).
- Methodical, rigorous and motivated with strong organisational skills.
- Capacity to work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners (suppliers, 3PL).

Entry-level position suitable for a student or recent graduate seeking a six-month internship; prior internships in logistics or supply chain are an advantage but not required.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent.
