24S.com seeks a Logistics Assistant intern in Compiègne, France for a 6-month supply chain support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support concrete logistics operations and execution under the Logistics Manager's direction
- Monitor and pilot IT performance systems and logistics KPIs
- Manage internal and external French and English communications with 24S service teams, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Participate actively in operational meetings and strategic sessions
- Process inbound flows and manage supplier disputes related to product quality and delivery discrepancies
- Coordinate product returns with suppliers and warehouse teams
- Handle customer returns and warranty claims, proposing tailored solutions
- Track studio, marketing, and VIP client product requests with quality and delivery monitoring
- Monitor order preparation execution and resolve logistics anomalies
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and process improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the enhancement of physical and digital processes using lean management principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) to Master's level (Bac +5) in Logistics or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Elementary English language capability
- Demonstrated organisational rigour and methodical work approach
