Role & Responsibilities

• Retrieve and organise image assets supplied by brands from internal servers and DAM systems.
• Prepare production briefs and deliverable files for external studio vendors, retouchers and product copywriters.
• Coordinate launches to the e‑commerce platform and communicate status updates to merchandising and buying teams.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑publish quality control of imagery and descriptive content to ensure brand and technical standards.
• Track deliveries and returns of shoot samples with external shooting vendors.
• Maintain production KPIs and lead production meetings in the absence of the Studio Manager.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks such as specific retouch requests, running Photoshop actions/scripts and coordinating model castings when required.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working with many internal and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
• Proficiency on PC and Mac platforms; strong competency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and basic analysis.
• Familiarity with Adobe Bridge and Adobe Photoshop; experience using Photoshop actions and Automator is a plus.
• Basic scripting familiarity (AppleScript, JavaScript or Python) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Previous internship or professional exposure to studio production, e‑commerce or digital imaging is preferred.

Experience

Entry‑level / internship: no extensive prior experience required. A first professional placement or internship in studio production, e‑commerce operations or digital imaging is valued.

Education

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in fashion, photography, visual arts, digital media, communications or a related discipline.
