24S.com, a luxury fashion and beauty e-commerce house, is seeking an E-Merchandising Project Assistant in Paris for a six-month, full-time internship starting January 4, 2027. The role supports website and app merchandising, promotional campaigns, trade marketing, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the E-Merchandising Performance Project Manager.
- Help showcase products and manage visual merchandising across multi-brand pages.
- Select key products for landing pages.
- Set up homepage content on the website and app, as well as banners on category pages.
- Help build the site activation calendar using data, market insights, and trends.
- Track and analyze KPIs to optimize performance.
- Support the monitoring and management of promotional campaigns, including sales, Black Friday, and private offers; handle setup and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Help merchandise pages dedicated to commercial operations to maximize performance.
- Coordinate trade marketing and digital communications with internal teams, including Marketing, Art Direction, and Social Media.
- Collaborate with brands and monitor marketing activations.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the site activation strategy through analysis, benchmarking, impact studies, and recommendations.
- Help quality-check products online and propose solutions to improve their visibility.
- Research and propose AI-based solutions to optimize the department’s performance.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree at a fashion school, business school, or equivalent university program (Bac+4/5).
- Strong interest in fashion and digital, with sound knowledge of trends and products.
- Dynamic, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of Excel.
