Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate operations between E-merchandising, Performance, Photo Studio, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product publication workflows and process fluidity
- Manage and monitor product publication activities, identify missing information, track publishing schedules, oversee banner and category deployments, and manage new brand integrations
- Orchestrate product page and category animation and merchandising to enhance commercial appeal and user engagement
- Ensure quality and consistency of published product information including visuals, descriptions, copywriting, and naming harmonization
- Guarantee compliance of enriched product data with luxury positioning and brand standards
- Conduct regular quality audits of live content and propose targeted optimization improvements
- Actively advance E-merchandising improvement projects, process optimization initiatives across merchandising, studio, and performance functions
- Contribute to website development on merchandising-related subjects with proactive recommendations and solutions
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate+4/5 or equivalent qualification in e-commerce, digital marketing, or project management
- Minimum 5–6 years of demonstrated experience in e-merchandising, digital project coordination, or e-commerce content management
- Strong understanding of product publication workflows, content quality requirements, and commercial animation of e-commerce platforms
- Proven sensitivity and professional background in fashion, luxury, or beauty sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and operational tracking tools
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational discipline and ability to manage parallel workstreams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate diverse internal and external stakeholders
