24S (LVMH) is hiring an E-Merchandising Assistant Project Manager (6-month internship) in Paris. Support luxury e-commerce platform optimization and merchandising strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of E-Merchandising on site animation and visual merchandising for multi-brand category pages, including homepage and app content parametrization, banners, and landing page curation
- Select flagship products and develop the site animation calendar based on data-driven insights, market trends, and seasonal opportunities
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize platform performance and inform merchandising decisions
- Assist in the setup, coordination, and merchandising of promotional campaigns including sales, Black Friday, private offers, and seasonal operations
- Coordinate trade marketing and digital communication initiatives with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Social Media) and external brand partners
- Contribute to ongoing refinement of merchandising strategy through analysis, competitive benchmarking, impact studies, and actionable recommendations
- Conduct quality control reviews of product listings and propose solutions to enhance product visibility and discoverability
- Research and recommend AI-driven solutions to improve service performance and merchandising effectiveness
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Grande École de Commerce degree or equivalent university qualification (Bac+4/5)
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and digital sectors with strong knowledge of current trends and luxury product categories
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlines

Grande École de Commerce or equivalent university degree (Bac+4/5 level).
