24S (LVMH) — Paris: CRM Project Assistant internship supporting email, app push and on-site campaigns in the Marketing CRM team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns (email, app push, on-site): scheduling, content brief, asset coordination and campaign setup.
- Configure and launch campaigns within CRM platforms (Dartagnan, Braze) and validate final proofs prior to send.
- Build audience segmentations from customer data to enable personalised messaging and lifecycle activation.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with merchandising, communications, buying and art direction to align creative assets, translations and product selections.
- Contribute to the commercial animation plan and update promotional messaging on site and mobile during peak periods.
- Design and implement A/B tests, monitor KPIs (open, click, conversion rates) and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Deliver optimisation recommendations based on campaign analytics and maintain market watch on CRM best practices and innovations.
Qualifications
- Master's-level education (Bac+4/5) in business, marketing, communications or digital.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- First exposure to CRM, direct marketing or loyalty programmes is desirable.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Creative sensibility with sound copywriting abilities and a data-driven mindset.
