Role & Responsibilities
- Retrieve and organize images provided by brands on internal servers
- Prepare files and briefs for external studio vendors, retouchers, and copywriters
- Monitor online launches and communicate updates to internal merchandising and purchasing teams
- Perform quality control checks prior to and following publication
- Track product delivery and returns with the external shooting partner
- Maintain KPI tracking and lead production meetings in the Studio Manager's absence
- Support specialized retouching requests and Photoshop automation workflows
- Coordinate model casting activities and related project management
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking and analysis
- Familiarity with Adobe Bridge and Photoshop actions (or equivalent digital asset management tools)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with both PC and Mac operating systems
- Demonstrated interest in digital, e-commerce, fashion, and emerging technologies

Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior professional or internship experience is preferred but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Fashion, Media, Communications, Digital Design, or related discipline.
