24S (LVMH) — Paris: Art Direction Assistant (Image) apprenticeship. Join the Communication & Image team; portfolio required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Art Direction in the conception and production of fashion shoots: develop concepts, location scouting, 360° extensions, moodboards, visual references and creative intentions.
- Create visual storytelling and pre-visualisations (mockups) for editorial and social campaigns.
- Help design shoot plans in collaboration with the production team and participate in talent selection and look dispatch.
- Contribute to the organisation and follow-up of shoots, including post-production feedback and asset validation.
- Manage image rights, the image library and photo dispatch in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist with campaign deployment: scheduling, asset delivery and internal dissemination.
- Collaborate with creative teams on graphic and social concepts to ensure visual coherence and fidelity to the brand’s DNA.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a fashion, art direction, visual communication or related programme (work-study/apprenticeship eligible).
- Mandatory mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong culture of fashion with a refined visual sensibility and understanding of luxury and digital codes.
- Keen interest in fashion photography and styling; demonstrable visual storytelling skills.
- Creative, proactive, responsive and able to work under deadlines.
- Highly organised, rigorous, with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio required to complete the application.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level / beginner. Candidate is expected to be a student or recent graduate with academic project experience; professional experience is not required but internships or relevant production experience is an asset.
Education
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary programme in fashion, art direction, visual communication or a related discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s level work‑study/apprenticeship candidate).
