24S (LVMH) — Paris: Art Direction Assistant, Image (Apprenticeship). Join the Communication & Image team to assist creative production and campaign asset management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Art Direction team in concept development for shoots: create moodboards, visual references, 360° concept variations and visual storytelling.
  • Support the planning and execution of photoshoots, including talent selection, shoot plans, look dispatch and post-production feedback.
  • Help design and pre-visualise campaigns and social/editorial mockups; collaborate on shoot briefs and production schedules.
  • Manage creative assets and image rights: maintain the image bank and coordinate photo dispatch with internal and external teams.
  • Contribute to campaign deployment: organise asset rollouts, production planning and follow-through with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with graphic and social teams to ensure visual consistency and adherence to the brand’s image and DNA.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a fashion, art direction, graphic design or related higher-education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
  • Portfolio required to complete application.
  • Mandatory mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong fashion culture, a refined visual sensibility and solid knowledge of luxury and digital visual codes.
  • Interest in fashion photography and styling, and an aptitude for visual storytelling.
  • Creative, proactive, responsive, organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
