Role & Responsibilities

  • Enter and post supplier invoices into the accounting system.
  • Execute payment runs and manage payment follow‑ups and supplier reminders.
  • Reconcile vendor (third‑party) accounts and perform account letterings.
  • Process, code and post employee expense reports.
  • Support the accounting team during period and year‑end closing tasks.
  • Prepare and file routine statutory declarations (DEB/DES).
  • Control and verify bank transactions in euros and foreign currencies.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Classify, archive and maintain accounting documentation on a periodic basis.
  • Take on additional accounting responsibilities according to profile and progression.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accounting or finance programme (DCG/DSCG, Master CCA or business school) on an alternance/work‑study track.
  • At least one first meaningful experience in accounting (in‑house or firm) is expected.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with an accounting package is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organisational rigour, autonomy and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with functional teams.
